Planning a wedding meant searching for the perfect system. We found beautiful templates that fell apart the moment real RSVPs started arriving, and apps that wanted us to live inside them. Nothing was neat, organized, and easy to read at a glance.
With full-time jobs, evenings went to copying RSVPs out of an inbox, updating a guest list, checking which hotel rooms were still open, and tallying deposits. Hours every week that would have been better spent enjoying being engaged.
So we built our own: one clean workbook for guests, hotels, vendors, and the budget, a wedding website that reads from it, and an assistant that goes through the inbox every morning and keeps it all current. She handles the routine updates on her own and asks before anything bigger. That assistant became Safi.
Saffron Studios is everything we learned, packaged for other couples who need the same thing, so you can spend less time on spreadsheets and more time on each other.
